Abstract :
A method for eliminating the influence of unwanted reflections from the environment on measurements of antenna radiation patterns is described. The measurements have been taken at discrete frequencies in a sufficiently large frequency band. From these data, the free-space radiation pattern can be computed by convolution in the frequency domain. Before this, a function for compensating the frequency characteristics of the test range is determined.
