Abstract :
Penunuri´s highly efficient method for computing the frequency response of surface-acoustic-wave (s.a.w.) devices including diffraction effects is improved so that it becomes more flexible and gives even faster computational speed. The method is suitable for applications where the Fresnel and parabolic approximations are appropriate.
