Abstract :
Current/voltage, current/brightness and capacitance values have been monitored as d.c. electroluminescent ZnS:Cu,Mn powder panels have been `formed¿ to a series of voltages. Bulk effects are seen to be at least as important as junction effects to the generation of electroluminescence.
