Abstract :
Experimentally derived results are presented which describe the dependence of output power and frequency on ambient temperature bias current level and time for high-power (≥3 W) high-efficiency (≥20 percent) Read Profile GaAs IMPATT diodes operating in CW and pulsed oscillator modes.
