  • Abstract
    Observations of a frequency-length relationship for bulk InP microwave devices in the 10¿100 ¿m thickness range are reported. A threshold field of 7¿10 kV/cm is found for the devices, and the frequency appears to be determined by an average transit velocity of 2×107 cm/s.
