Abstract :
A feedback system comprising a single nondynamic non-linear link is described by the same relations as a passive circuit consisting of a linear two pole and nonlinear resistor and inductor connected in series, if the current dependences of the voltage on the resistor and of the magnetic flux produced by the inductor are inverse functions compared to the operator of the nonlinear link. This demonstrates the validity of the Popov absolute stability criterion.
