The Proceedings Editorial Advisory Board

The Editorial Advisory Board, then, consists of experts from the Groups and Societies of the IEEE who advise the Editors and the Editorial Board of the PROCEEDINGoSf specific work or general technical areas that are considered of potential value to every IEEE member, but particularly to those who are not specialists in the area concerned. This advice primarily will take the form of recommendations for subjects and authors for the invited tutorial-review papers that have become such a popular feature of the PROCEEDINGSin recent years. We hope that, with this additional expert input, the invited paper program will prove even more useful to our readership. Members of the Editorial Advisory Board will also make suggestions for subjects and guest editors for special issues.
