            Abstract : 
A scheme is presented for computing the coefficients of the elements of the transfer-function matrix of a system from the matrices of its state-space description. The scheme, which is based on the Souriau-Frame-Faddeev algorithm, avoids problems of numerical accuracy to which that algorithm is prone.
