Abstract :
A previously reported two-dimensional (2-D) coupled oscillator array is fitted with an array of frequency triplers and a radiating aperture comprising nine patch elements to create an agile beam transmitter with aperture phase excursion consistent with ±90° of scan. Results of measurements of the aperture phase distribution and the far zone field of this transmitter under both unscanned and scanned conditions are reported.
