Abstract :
Currently available data acquisition software packages are reviewed. The packages support the use of instruments to automate the sampling of analog variables, digitize the samples, and either store the results for later analysis or analyze them on the fly. A listing of the data acquisition software packages, in which platforms, requirements, and enhancements are discussed, is presented
