A new method of spectral analysis and sample rate reduction for band-limited signals
Abstract :
A new method for spectrum analysis and sample rate reduction based upon the classical sampling theorem is presented. It is shown that bandshifting sinusoids are not required for frequency translation. This results in efficient implementations for bandpass spectral analysis.
