Abstract :
The paper discusses a multipole ESG with rotor of piezo-electric strips. The polarization of a strip, bent due to rotation, causes an ac in a resistor connected across electrode pairs. With rotor of PZT-5 or ZnO crystal, the calculated power of the generator is above 3 and 22 kW, respectively, under vacuum insulation strength of 10 kV/mm.
