  • Abstract
It is pointed out that the stability hypersphere approach presented by C.B. Soh et al. (see ibid vol.AC-32, p.239-244, Mar. 1987), can be extended to handle the case where the region is not simply connected. The extension is useful in application such as dominant pole assignment and filter design where the separation of zeros is required
