Abstract
The almost disturbance decoupling problem with internal stability is solved in terms of the geometric concepts of linear systems theory. The solution gives necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a dynamic output feedback controller such that in the closed-loop system the disturbances are quenched, say in the H/sup infinity /-sense, up to any degree of accuracy while maintaining a stable system matrix.<>
