Abstract :
This letter proves that the conductivity measuring technique presented by Rehman-Murti can be directly derived from the Van Der Pauw´s method by a simple transformation of the current field. Hence, conclusions obtained for one method can be transposed to the other one. It is also proved that the Rehman-Murti structure can also be applied to Hall mobility measurements.
