Abstract :
This paper presents the finite element method of two-dimensional quasi-stationary magnetic field computation which is easy and universal in technical applications. The method concerns the fields excited by sinusoidal alternating currents induced in the conducting parts of an analysed surface. The presented method is intended for caloulation of the slot impedance, especially to squirrel -cage motors with deep and varied configuration of slots.
