Abstract :
An algebraic formulation is presented here to model the finite area sampling process in a more general form. Previously reported results are shown to be special cases of this formulation [4]. It also leads us to interpolate arbitrary weighted-average samples with better accuracy. Computer results show an order-of-magnitude improvement of accuracy over those of previous schemes
