Abstract :
A spatial technique based on visibility maximum position measurement in an interferometer is applied to measurement of transit time shift due to temperature change in jacketed and unjacketed fibres approximately 1 m long. The thermal coefficients of delay time shift for the test fibres are successfully measured.
