Abstract :
A technique for the calculation of magnetic flux-density distribution using a developed equivalent circuit is presented. The method is based on the formulation of equivalent circuits derived from physical models of flux-density distributions and permeances. It is simple and provides reasonable accuracy for most engineering calculations with any magnetic loading in pulley-type electromagnetic separators
