  • Abstract
Concurrent engineering (CE) and business process re engineering (BPR) are two of the tools that are used to bring about change, revitalise companies and make them more competitive. When correctly applied, CE and BPR can be very effective in improving the performance of a company, especially for those aspects that rely on time and responsiveness.
