2004 EDS J.J. Ebers Award call for nominations

The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission of nominations for the 2004 J.J. Ebers Award. This award is presented annually by EDS to honor an individual(s) who has made either a single or a series of contributions of recognized scientific, economic, or social significance to the broad field of electron devices. The recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for US$5,000, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM). Nomination forms can be requested from the EDS Executive Office.
