Abstract :
To improve the performance of the MC-EZBC at low bit-rate, an efficient motion vector tree pruning method based on the property of motion-compensated temporal filtering is proposed and applied to the MC-EZBC. The new method improves the performance of the MC-EZBC at low bit-rate with almost the same performance at high bit-rate.
