Abstract
On the base of the Nb3 Ge, Nb3 Ge and Nb3 Si compounds the influence of some II-vIB alloying elements on the constitution and critical temperature have been studied. The dopping elements from 1 to 10 at.% were added to the A3 B compounds instead of B components. Alloys constitution, critical temperature and lattice parameter of the A15 phases have been studied, as a function of the composition for the bulk samples of Nb3 B1-x Mx (B - Ge, Ga, Si; M- O, N, C, Si, Pb). The possibility of the critical temperature increasing by means of alloying and approaching the A15 stoichiometry composition is discussed.
