Abstract :
The history of the Electromagnetic Theory Symposia of Commission B of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) is reviewed. URSI and AP-S have long had strong ties, in terms of both people and technical interests. The Commission B EM Theory Symposia have been a significant link in these ties.<>
