Abstract :
An aging water system is a threat to the Nation´s Prosperity. The area of our water supply, which is challenged by aging wastewater facilities and leaking drinking-water pipes and received a collective grade of D minus in 2005. Investing in our infrastructure would not only protect public health but also create jobs and stimulate the economy; this investment would be lasting, but time is working against our country´s infrastructure.
