Abstract :
Magnetization reversal in thin amorphous SmCo-films with uniaxial in-plane magnetic anisotropy takes place by motion of saw-tooth shaped domain walls. Walls with either uniform or alternating polarity with sign reversal at the tips are observed. The exchange constant A=6×10-7erg cm-1is deduced from the vertex angles.
