Abstract :
In this note, we provide the annular bound for the zeros of complex-coefficient polynomial. Such an annular bound can be easily obtained by estimating the largest nonnegative zeros of specific four polynomials. Two examples are also provided to show that the proposed annular bound is less conservative than the existing results reported recently.
