Data are presented on specific heat capacity, upper critical field, transition temperature and residual electrical resistivity of NbI-xTix( ) foils, which are cold deformed, recrystallized, He+ implanted and reannealed after irradiation. The Sommerfeld constant γ, the Debye temperature θDand the Ginzburg-Landau parameter ρnγ1/2are determined and analysed.
