Abstract :
Data are presented on specific heat capacity, upper critical field, transition temperature and residual electrical resistivity of NbI-xTix( x \\leq 0.2 ) foils, which are cold deformed, recrystallized, He+ implanted and reannealed after irradiation. The Sommerfeld constant γ, the Debye temperature θDand the Ginzburg-Landau parameter H=H_{o} + 7.5 \\cdot 10^{-3} ρnγ1/2are determined and analysed.
