Abstract :
Circuit design techniques are presented for pseudologarithmic rectifiers consisting of differential input bipolar and MOS half- and full-wave rectifiers. Pseudohalf-wave rectifiers and pseudofull-wave rectifiers, which utilize transfer characteristics for unbalanced differential pairs, are proposed as a means of approximating the characteristics for half- and full-wave rectifiers in both bipolar technology and MOS technology. These are operable with low supply voltages
