Abstract :
The 41 papers in this special issue cover topics in high-power microwaves, solid and gaseous high-voltage switching, pulsed-power accelerator technology, electron power-flow, radiation sources, high-current magnetic drivers, and flux-compression techniques, to name a few. A majority of the papers are provided by participants from the 16th IEEE International Pulsed Power Conference held in Albuquerque, NM, in 2007.
