Abstract
Magnetic and microwave data for the Li0.5(1+x) Tix Fe2.5-1.5x-y Mny O4 (
, y=0.05) system are reported in this paper. The effect of different oxygen atmosphere on the properties of these materials were studied. The suppression of oxygen volatilization from specimens by Ti substitution were observed, The materials system shows a wide range of sintering temperature, good reproducibility and temperature stability, Materials with 4πMs=3500-1300 G, ΔH=400-460 Oe,
, Tc=630-390°C and temperature coefficient of the saturation magnetization
/° C(77-300 K) were obtained. The material with 4πMS=2400 G has been used for the circulators at 11 GHz operating at 20-300 K.
