Abstract
In this paper the covariance and spectra for amplitude and phase fluctuations for a microwave signal propagated over a line-of-sight path through a turbulent medium are calculated. It is shown that the results derived under the assumption that the wavelength is much smaller than the inner scale of turbulence
are also valid when the wavelength is equal to or greater than
.
are also valid when the wavelength is equal to or greater than
