The Manager´s Guide to Rewards [Book Review]

The book gives practical information on rewards and compensation programs that a first line manager can implement. There are very good suggestions that managers can learn and apply from this book. The only drawback is that it is a bit long winded for managers who have little time to sit down and read a long book.
