Integrated ramp generator with auto-set hysteretic comparator for PWM voltage regulators

The design of an integrated ramp generator with an auto-set hysteretic comparator is introduced. The proposed concept enables simple and low-power operation of the ramp generator for the PWM voltage regulators. Experimental results show that the ramp generator consumes low power and provides nearly constant oscillation frequency.
