Abstract :
Hysteresis, slow quasiregular oscillations and bistability have been observed in the output from a laser system consisting of two antireflection coated GaAs/GaAlAs double heterostructure 20 ¿m oxide stripe laser diodes symmetrically placed in an external ring resonator.
