Abstract :
A medium-scale integrated 10-stage Johnson counter with ECL compatibility has been developed for high-speed optical fibre transmission system applications. It uses an advanced super self-aligned process technology (SST). Maximum operation speed is achieved 4.05 GHz under 814 mW power dissipation.
