Abstract :
The reflection and transmission coefficients for the incident 
wave on an anisotropic plasma half-space moving normal to the interface are investigated theoretically. Several numerical results are presented and it is found that the behavior of the transmission coefficient is a strong function of the motion of the anisotropic plasma half-space.
