Abstract :
A three-section transmission-line transformer for matching three arbitrary frequencies and an arbitrary load is proposed. In this paper, the design parameters of the proposed transmission line are analyzed based on an ideal transmission-line circuit model. A design procedure and some simple design equations are derived. The validity of the results is proven by numerous results from analysis, simulation, and experiment.
