Abstract :
An RC active realisation of a general 2nd-order allpass function is proposed and compared with a similar structure using a lossy-inductor simulation technique. It is shown that the proposed section can be adjusted by using a minimum number of controls and has a relatively unrestricted Q-factor capability, combined with a low sensitivity to amplifier-gain variations.
