Abstract :
A new equation-error based sign-sign algorithm, which is derived from a modified least-mean-squares technique, is proposed for infinite impulse response (IIR) filtering in impulsive noise. It is demonstrated that the suggested method gives unbiased IIR system parameter estimates for different types of impulsive noise.
