نقش سيستم هاي اطلاعات مديريت (MIS) با استفاده از مهارت هاي دانش رايانه اي (ICDL) در افزايش اثربخشي آموزش و يادگيري كاركنان دانشگاه هاي پيام نور استان ايلام

The Role of Management Information System (MIS) with the Use of Seven Skills of Computer ( ICDL) in Increasing the Effectiveness of Training and Learning of Payame-noor Universities Staff in Ilam Province

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نقش سيستم اطلاعات مديريت (MIS) با استفاده از مؤلفه‌هاي مهارت‌هاي هفت‌گانه رايانه (ICDL) در افزايش اثر بخشي آموزش و يادگيري كاركنان دانشگاه‌هاي پيام نور استان ايلام مي‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به نوع فرضيات و اهداف تحقيق از روش توصيفي-پيمايشي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كاركنان دانشگاه‌هاي پيام نور استان ايلام شامل 176 نفر بودند كه براساس جدول مورگان و جرسي (1985)، تعداد123 نفر به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي انتخاب شدند. مدل نظري تحقيق، الگوي ساختارگراي كاركردهاي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات آموزشي (ICTE) در فرآيند يادگيري و آموزش مي‌باشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 34 سؤال با طيف ليكرت مي‌باشد. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ ،0/83 برآورد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل آماري در سطح آمار استنباطي از آزمون‌هاي T تك متغيره، T مستقل و تحليل واريانس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 16 انجام شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد؛ كه استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات مديرت و ICDL موجب اثربخشي آموزش و يادگيري در دانشگاه مي‌شوند، بين ميزان آشنايي كاركنان دانشگاه‌هاي پيام نور با سيستم اطلاعات مديريت با توجه به جنسيت آن‌ها تفاوت معني‌داري مشاهده نشده است. هم‌چنين بين زمينه آشنايي با ميزان توجه به سيستم اطلاعات مديريت و بين سابقه و محل خدمت با ميزان آشنايي با سيستم اطلاعات مديريت رابطه وجود دارد.

The purpose of this research is the investigation of management information system (MIS) with the use of seven skills ICDL (International Computer Driving License) on increasing the effectiveness of training and learning of staff Payame-noor universities staff of Ilam province. The descriptive survey method was used in this research due to the kind of hypothesis and research objective. The population was 176 people of staff of Payame-noor universities in Ilam province. The sample was 123 people who were selected by Morgan table. The theoretical model of the research is information and communication technology education (ICTE) model in training and learning process. The samples were selected by stratified random method. Data was gathered with researcher made questionnaire which consisted of 34 questions of Likert with the reliability of 0/83 using alpha Cronbach. Data was analyzed based on one-sample t-test, independent-sample t-test, and variance analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. The results from the perspective of Payame-noor universities staff showed that there isn't any valuable attention to management information system. Moreover, using management information system and ICDL made effective results on training and learning and also it showed that the degree of knowledge of respondents is not at an acceptable level. Besides, there aren't significant differences between the degree of respondents’ familiarity with management information system (MIS) in relation to their gender, and also there is relationship between familiarity extent background with attention to the management information system (MIS) and work history and work place with familiarity degree with management information system (MIS).
