ارزيابي و مقايسه عملكرد دروني دانشگاه تربيت مدرس و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران مركزي براساس الگوي رضايت دانشجويي نوئل لويتس

Evaluation and Comparison of the Internal Performance of Tarbiat Modares University and Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch, Based on Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي و مقايسه عملكرد دروني دانشگاه تربيت مدرس و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران مركزي در12 حيطه اثربخشي، راهنمايي تحصيلي، جو دانشگاه، زندگي در مجتمع دانشگاهي، خدمات حمايتي دانشگاه، ميزان اهميت به دانشجو، اثربخشي آموزشي، كمك‌هاي مالي و حمايتي، اثربخشي پذيرش دانشجو، سلامت و امنيت دانشكده‌ها، خدمات برتر، دانشجو محوري و پاسخگويي به جمعيت‌هاي گوناگون انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش از روش توصيفي پيمايشي استفاده شده است و در مجموع تعداد 328 نفر از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري دانشگاه تربيت مدرس و دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مركزي مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه بر مبناي پرسشنامه بين‌المللي رضايت‌سنجي نوئل لويتس تهيه گرديد. داده‌هاي بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي t وابسته، t گروه‌هاي مستقل، t تك نمونه‌اي و آزمون فريدمن، تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه، تمامي مؤلفه‌ها از اهميت زيادي برخوردار بوده‌اند. بيشترين ميزان رضايت نسبي مربوط به سه مولفه، خدمات برتر، اثربخشي پذيرش دانشجو و اثربخشي آموزشي بوده و در ساير مولفه‌ها كمترين ميزان رضايت مشاهده شده است. همچنين مقايسه دو دانشگاه نشان داد كه در بعد پاسخگويي به جمعيتهاي گوناگون، رضايت دانشجويان دانشگاه تربيت مدرس در حد متوسط به بالا بوده است. در ساير مؤلفه‌ها علي‌رغم بالاتر بودن ميانگين بدست آمده از نظر دانشجويان در دانشگاه تربيت مدرس نسبت به ميانگين بدست آمده در دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مركزي، تفاوت معناداري بين دو دانشگاه مشاهده نشد. و ميزان رضايت از عملكرد آموزشي دانشگاه‌ها در حد پايين ارزيابي شده است.

The present study aims to evaluate and compare the internal performance of Tarbiat Modares University and Islamic Azad University (Central Tehran Branch) concerning the 12 areas of efficacy including educational guidance, university atmosphere, life in a university complex, academic support services, importance given to students, educational effectiveness, financial help, admission efficacy, safety and security of faculties, superior services, student-centrism, and accountability to various populations. A Descriptive survey method was used in this study. A total of 328 MA/MSc and also PhD students of Tarbiat Modares University and Islamic Azad University were asked to answer to a questionnaire. Data collection instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire prepared based on the international satisfaction Pattern of Noel Levitz. The data were analyzed using t-tests, paired samples t-test, one-sample t-tests and Friedman’s test. The results revealed that all the 12 areas were of great importance. The highest relative satisfaction belonged to three areas of superior services, admission efficacy and educational effectiveness. Other elements were of the least satisfaction level. Moreover, comparison of the two universities showed that, in terms of accountability to various populations, Tarbiat Modares University students felt moderate to high satisfaction level. Concerning the other parameters, in spite of the higher mean scores of satisfaction in the view of Tarbiat Modares University students relative to those in the view of Islamic Azad University students, there appeared no significant difference. In both universities, satisfaction of educational performance was at low level
