بررسي آموزش زنان در جامعه با رويكرد آموزش از راه دور بر ارتقاء سطح دانش (مطالعه موردي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مرودشت)

Women's Education with an Emphasis on Distance Learning (virtual) Approach to Improve the Level of Knowledge

امروزه آموزش براي خدمت به جهان صنعتي و با هدف كاريابي در جوامع و توسعه مهارت‌ها طراحي شده است. با تغييرات فناوري كه دنيا را در برگرفته، مشاغل به زودي تغيير خواهند كرد. آنچه مي خواهيم، نظام آموزشي بسيار فراگيري است كه بين شكاف‌هاي عميقي كه در گذر زمان پديد آمده، پل بزند. نياز اساسي اين است كه بگذاريم تا انسان‌ها با سرعت خودشان ياد بگيرند. در اين ميان سرمايه‌گذاري در آموزش زنان نه تنها شكاف جنسيتي در جوامع را كاهش مي‌دهد بلكه موجب ارتقاي سطح بهره وري، توليد بيش‌تر و درآمد بالاتر خواهد شد. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه و تاثير آموزش از راه دور (مجازي) بر ارتقا سطح دانش زنان شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مرودشت انجام شده و طي آن با استفاده از روش‌هاي آماري استنباطي و بهره‌گيري از نتايج بدست آمده از توزيع پرسش‌نامه و انجام تحليل‌هاي آماري به تاييد فرضيه‌هاي فرعي پژوهش پرداخته شده، جامعه آماري شامل تمامي اساتيد و كاركنان زن شاغل و نمونه آماري شامل 50 نفر مي‌باشد. براساس نتايج بدست آمده ساختارهاي تكنولوژيكي(فناوري)، توسعه منابع انساني بويژه توسعه آموزش زنان، در ارتباط با آموزش از راه دور هم‌چنين، ساختار نوين مديريتي عوامل اصلي در بهبود روند كاركرد آموزش زنان به شكل مجازي خواهد بود.

Today education and industry with the aim to serve the employment and skills development has been designed. Technological changes that have taken over the world will change businesses soon. What we need, is the educational system that is very common among deep gap that emerged over this time, to make bridge. It is essential to let people learn at their own pace. The study population included all female faculty and staff employed in Islamic Azad University. Among them, 50 students and two faculties cluster has been selected as a statistical sample. This applied research is generally a descriptive and correlation one. The investment on women's education not only reduces the gender gap, but also improves the efficiency of production and higher income. This study investigated the relationship and impact of distance education (virtual) on the promotion of women in Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht. The results of questionnaire and statistical analysis confirmed the hypothesis. Based on the results technological structures, the development of human resources particularly women's education development and novel management structures are the main factors to improve the performance of management in developing women’s education in distance education.
