Shaping Science and Technology Policy: The Next Generation of Research

«شكل‌دهي به سياست علم و فناوري: نسل بعدي تحقيقات» با تمركز بر ديدگاه متفكران جوان در حوزه مطالعات علم و فناوري، تلاش دارد تا به موضوعاتي همچون انتخاب‌ها و معيارهاي انتخاب درباره سياست علم و فناوري، استانداردهاي حكمراني در حوزه فناوري، جهاني‌شدن، رابطه بخش خصوصي و عمومي و نقش نوآوري‌هاي فناورانه در زندگي انساني بپردازد. اين ديدگاه‌‌ها مبتني بر اين شناخت مشترك هستند كه سياست علم نه تنها درباره علم، بلكه درباره شكل‌دهي به جهان ما است. اين شكل‌دهي در چهار حوزه رخ مي‌دهد: محيطي كه در آن علم خود اداره مي‌شود (بخش اول: شكل‌دهي به سياست)، فرآيندهاي توليد دانش (بخش دوم: شكل‌دهي به علم)، نيروهاي تاثيرگذار بر نوآوري (بخش سوم: شكل‌دهي به فناوري) و تحول زندگي انساني (بخش چهارم: شكل‌دهي به زندگي).

Shaping science and technology policy: the next generation of research sample the thinking of some of the best young minds in science policy. The papers are unified by a small number of cross-cutting themes: the choices and criteria of choic about science and technology policy, standards of governance, issues of globalization, of the protean boundary between public and private.
