تحليل فضايي فرايندهاي شهرنشيني در منطقه كلان شهري تهران

Spatial analysis of urban process in the Tehran metropolitan region

مناطق شهري با مشخصه‌هايي چون دگرگوني و پويايي مداوم بنا به مقتضيات و شرايط اجتماعي و اقتصادي دچار تحولاتي مي‌گردند. اين تحولات با توجه به تفاوت مكاني تحت فرايندها و سازوكارهاي خاص شكل و توسعه‌يافته است. اين پويايي‌ در شهرها و مناطق شهري تا كنون از ديدگاه‌هاي متفاوتي مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است؛ از جمله اين ديدگاه‌ها، مدل شهرنشيني متغير است كه در آن ويژگي‌هاي زماني شهرنشيني در سه فاز شهرنشيني، برگشت تمركز و شهرگريزي مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گيري از ديدگاه‌هاي اين مدل سعي در بررسي كاركرد مناطق شهري در منطقه كلانشهري تهران دارد. در اين پژوهش با بهره‌گيري از روش روشي توصيفي و تحليلي سعي شد تا الگوي حاكم بر شهرنشيني منطقه كلان‌شهري تهران تعيين گردد. بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش، برون افكني جمعيت و فعاليت به پيرامون و حركت روزانه جمعيت از مركز به پيرامون، سبب شكل گيري و رشد سكونتگاه ها و مراكز جمعيتي پيرامون منطقه كلانشهري شده است. اين فرايند با توجه به رشد شهرهاي كوچك، حركت شهرهاي مياني به سمت استقلال عملكردي و تغيير فرايندهاي مهاجرتي از مركز به پيرامون مي تواند به عنوان مرحله شهرگريزي پذيرفته شود.

In the present study, using descriptive and analytical principles we tried to find Pattern of urbanization, in metropolitan area (Tehran). Based on this research, the movements of population and activities outside of region, commuting of population of around to center has led to formation and growth of settlements. Attention to differential urbanization model, this period is known Counterurbanizaion. This process accepted with growth of small cities, movement of intermediate cities to dependent and change in migration trend
