بررسي رابطه عزت نفس با توانمند سازي روانشناختي فرمانده‌هان نيروي زميني ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Assessment of relationship between self-esteem and psychological empowerment in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army commanders

هدف اصلي پژوهش بررسي رابطه عزت نفس با توانمندسازي روانشناختي فرمانده‌هان نيروي زميني ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ روش در دسته پژوهش‌هاي همبستگي قرار مي‌گيرد. گردآوري داده‌ها از طريق پرسشنامه بود، با طيف پاسخگويي ليكرت صورت گرفت كه سوالات آن با توجه به متغيرهاي موجود در فرضيه‌ها از پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد (اسميت و اسپرتيزر) استخراج شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل فرمانده‌هاني بود كه در يگان‌هاي نيروي زميني ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران مشغول انجام وظيفه مي‌باشند. تعداد 384 پرسشنامه توزيع و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از آزمون آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و نرم افزار SPSS19 براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه بين دو متغير عزت نفس و توانمندسازي روانشناختي فرمانده‌هان نزاجا رابطه مثبت و معنا‌داري وجود دارد.

Main objective of this study is to assess relationship between self-esteem and psychological empowerment of Ground Force commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. By purpose, it is practical and by method it is classified as correlative. Data collected through a questionnaire with Likert response spectrum and the questions according to the variables in the theory of standard questionnaires (Smith and Spreitzer) was extracted. The population of this research includes the commanders of the Iranian army units who were engaged in the task. 384 questionnaires were distributed and used. Pearson correlation test and SPSS 19 software was used for data analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables, namely, self-esteem and psychological empowerment of Ground Force commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army.
