كاربرد روش‌هاي تصميم‌گيري چند شاخصه (MADM) در طرح‌ريزي عمليات نظامي در محيط ناهمتراز

The Application of Multi-Attribute Decision Making Methods in Planning Military Operation in an Asymmetric Environment

در اين مقاله، ابتدا مقدمه‌اي در خصوص اهميت تصميم‌گيري و نقش آن در پيروزي و شكست فرماندهان، تغيير فن‌آوري و روش‌هاي جمع‌آوري و پردازش اطلاعات جهت تصميم‌گيري بيان شده و در ادامه مطالبي در زمينه‌ي تصميم‌گيري در سازمان‌ها و سازمان‌هاي نظامي، طرح‌ريزي، برآورد اطلاعاتي و جنگ ناهمتراز عنوان شده است و در پايان، در نقش افسر اطلاعات نيروي خودي، اطلاعات يك وضعيت فرضي مربوط به مشخصات منطقه عمليات، وضعيت دشمن و خودي با استفاده از چهار روش (لكسيكوگراف، تخصيص خطي، حذف و تاپسيس) از روش‌هاي مختلف تصميم‌گيري چند شاخصه مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته و محور يا محورهاي احتمالي تك دشمن و همچنين ترتيب تقدم آن‌ها مشخص شده است.

The paper begins with an introduction of the importance of decision-making, and its role in the victory or the failure of commanders, as well as the change in technology, and the methods of collecting and processing information for decision-making. It then countinues with issues on decision-making in organizations, and military organizations, planning, information estimations, and assymetrical warfare. In the end, from the point of view of an intelligence officer of the self force, the information of a hypothetical situation about the operation environment characteristics, and the self and enemy status have been investigated and analyzed using four different methods
