The Importance of Developing and Enforcing Strategic Thoughts in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Personnel

با توجه به وضعيت خاصي كه ارتش جمهوري اسلامي در آن قرار گرفته، كه از يك طرف بايستي موارد مربوط به خود در چشم‌انداز 1404 را محقق نمايد و از سوي ديگر بر اساس تدابير و سياست‌هاي ابلاغي، مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) انتظار ايفاي نقش فعال در صحنه بين‌المللي و داخلي را از ارتش داشته و انجام اين رسالت از دغدغه‌هاي اصلي اين سازمان به شمار مي‌رود. در اين مقاله سعي شده با معرفي تفكر راهبردي به عنوان يك ضرورت، مطرح تا با ايجاد و تقويت اين مهارت، اين سازمان الهي بتواند انتظارات مقام عظماي ولايت را محقق نمايد. در اين مقاله پس از ذكر انواع تفكر، تعاريفي از تفكر راهبردي ارائه گرديده و سپس به روشن نمودن راهبرد، مديريت راهبردي، برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي و مراحل تدوين راهبرد به اختصار توضيح داده شده و كاركردهاي مديريت راهبردي ارائه شده است. ذكر شرايط فعلي جهان و اينكه از كاركرد‌هاي اصلي تفكر راهبردي شناخت پارادايم‌ها، فرصت‌ها و راه‌هاي استفاده از فرصت‌ها است، ضرورت ايجاد و تقويت تفكر راهبردي در كاركنان ارتش را روشن مي‌نمايد.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is experiencing a very special situation. On the one hand it must realize its responsibilities in the 1404 vision and on the other hand it has to play and active role in the national and international scenes based on the orders issued by the Supreme Leader. This paper tries to introduce strategic thought as a necessity so as to bring the expectations of the Supreme Leader into realization. Types and definitions of thought are presented and then strategy, strategic management, strategic planning and phases of strategy formulation have been explained. Then the functions of strategic management have been clarified. The current global situation and the fact that the identification of paradigms, opportunities and the ways of using them are some of the main functions of strategic thought clarify the significance of developing and enforcing strategic thought in the IRI Army personnel.
