تبيين رابطه مديريت دانش و چابك‌سازي يگان‌هاي آجا

Identifying between knowledge management and agility of units in Aja

دانش موجب افزايش بهره‌وري در سازمان و خروج آن از ركود و رخوت است و چابك‌سازي در سطح سازمان يكي از پايه‌هاي افزايش بهره‌وري مديريت دانش است. چابكي سازماني به‌عنوان يكي از ابزارهاي قدرتمند شناخته مي‌شود كه لازمۀ محيط‌هايي با عدم قطعيت و يا تغييرات زياد را داراست .از آن‌جا كه كاركنان، دانش و مهارت آنان سرمايه اصلي هر سازمان محسوب مي‌شود، مي‌توان انتظار داشت كه فراهم آوردن بستر مناسب جهت فعاليت‌هاي مديريت دانش در شكست يا موفقيت سازمان چابك نقش به‌سزايي دارد. در اين مقاله، شكلي از هم‌گرايي اين دو از اين نظر كه ابعاد آن‌ها قوياً با يكديگر ارتباط نزديكي خواهند داشت، مورد ارزيابي و استدلال قرار گرفته تا بيان گردد عناصر، ابعاد و فرايندهاي مديريت دانش در چابك‌سازي يگان‌هاي آجا موثر است. يكي از يگان‌هاي آجا به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و مطالعه شد همچنين وضعيت چابكي و مديريت دانش در آن‌ها (با كمك پرسش‌نامه) مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. جامعه آماري 120 نفر و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 60 نفر تعيين گرديد. بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل حاصل از دستاوردهاي اين مقاله حاكي از وجود ارتباط ميان ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش با ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي چابك‌سازي يگان‌ها مي‌باشد.

Knowledge as the most important aspect of any organization increases its productivity and helps it get rid of depression and depletion. One of the foundations of knowledge management to improve productivity is agility in the organization. One of the most powerful tools known as an agile organization is ability to respond to changes in environments with uncertainty. Since employees and their knowledge and skills are the key asset of any organization, it can be expected that providing a framework for knowledge management activities has an important role in the failure or success of an organization. In this paper, a form of the integration of the two dimensions is shown to be closely connected. The argument is evaluated and used to express the elements of knowledge management processes and agility of Army units effectively. The population of sample is 120 individuals and 60 individuals were determined using Cochran formula. Review and analysis of the results show high correlation and effectiveness exist between the dimensions and elements of the implementing knowledge management and agility of army units.
