تأثير هم‌ افزايي فرا حوزه‌اي و فرا سازماني نيروهاي مسلح ج . ا . ا بر امنيت و بازدارندگي

The study of the effect of synergy, ultra-domain and ultra-organizational aspects of Islamic republic of Iran armed forces on the security resulted from deterrence capabilities.

هم‌افزايي فراحوزه‌اي و فراسازماني آحاد جامعه به‌ويژه نيروهاي مسلح، يك جانشين مكمل براي به‌كارگيري توانمندي‌هاي بيشتر در حوزه‌هاي مختلف است، بطوريكه يكي از حوزه‌ها اثربخشي را ارتقاء مي‌بخشد و آسيب‌پذيري حوزه‌هاي ديگر را جبران مي‌نمايد. در تحقيق انجام‌يافته ضمن استفاده از نوع تحقيق كاربردي، از روش تحقيق توصيفي بهره گرفته شده است؛ همچنين از روش‌هاي ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي با ملحوظ نظر قرار دادن ابزارهاي مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران، پرسشنامه و مطالعه اسناد و مدارك (مطالعه منابع) جهت جمع‌آوري و گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است. اعتبار سؤالات پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش تنصيف(دو نيمه كردن)، عدد 92% محاسبه گرديد به‌طوري‌كه اين مطلب مبين آن است كه سؤالات پرسشنامه از اعتبار بالايي برخوردار مي‌باشند. تحقيق حاضر ضمن بررسي اثر هم‌افزايي فراحوزه‌اي و فراسازماني نيروهاي مسلح ج . ا . ا بر امنيت ناشي از بازدارندگي، يك جامعه نمونه به تعداد 36 نفر از جامعه آماري مد نظر قرار داده است. در نهايت طي انجام روش‌هاي تحليل آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و آزمون فرض‌هايي كه روي اطلاعات حاصل از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها انجام گرفته است، هر سه فرضيه تحقيق مورد تأييد قرار گرفته و بر اساس آراء موافق 82/8 درصد شركت كنندگان در اين نظرسنجي، مشخص شد با احتمال 95 درصد بيش از 60 درصد خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران نيروهاي مسلح اعم از ارتش و سپاه موافقت خود را مبني بر تأثير مثبت هم‌افزايي فراحوزه‌اي و فراسازماني نيروهاي مسلح بر امنيت ناشي از بازدارندگي اعلام نموده‌اند

Ultra-domain and ultra-organizational synergy of the entire society, especially in the armed forces, is a complimentary substitution or an alternative for using further capabilities in various` domains. In such a way that one of the domains promotes the effectivity and compensates vulnerabilities in others. In this research, the applied type of study has been used and the method is descriptive. Field and library techniques have been used; in addition, for data collection, instruments such as intertwining experts, questionnaires and official documents have been employed. The questionnaires have been validated by dividing them into two halves and resulted in 92% validity, showing a high validity of the questionnaire. The current research has examined the effect of ultra-domain and ultra-organizational synergy on the capabilities of armed resources influencing the security level by deterrent effects of armed forces.36 people participated in this research. The results of this study have been analyzed through using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis and all the three hypotheses were tested and confirmed.According to the opinions of the participants, %82.8 agreed and thus it was revealed that with %95 probability, more than %65 of military experts and veterans of armed forces, including army and revolutionary guard corps, agreed on positive influences of ultra-domain and ultra-organizational synergy of armed forces which promote security gained by deterrent capabilities of armed forces.
